WRAP-IT is a trauma-informed court diversion and reentry program designed specifically for delinquent youth and justice-impacted adults.

WRAP-IT is a trauma-informed, community-rooted initiative designed to disrupt cycles of incarceration, poverty, and disconnection. Through a 7-component model, WRAP-IT equips justice-involved youth and adults with the emotional tools, professional skills, and strategic support needed to heal, thrive, and lead.
Our 7 Core Components
1. WRAP-IT Core: Reentry & Family Reunification
- Reentry planning and life stabilization
- Family healing circles + mediation
- Identification, housing, employment support
2. Court Diversion Arm: FRRS (Youth & Adults)
- Court-aligned mentorship as sentencing alternative
- 12–16 Week Cohorts | 6–12 Month Extended Court Model
- DC Act 26-7 & SLAA-aligned behavioral compliance plans
3. WRAP-IT Workforce (in partnership with Intrinsics)
- Access to trades, apprenticeships, and entrepreneurship
- Resume + digital literacy + job coaching
- Career placement and retention tracking
4. Mental & Emotional Wellness
- Certified peer recovery support
- Trauma healing & emotional regulation
- Medical and wellness partnerships
5. Literacy & Legal Aid Navigation
