Equips justice-impacted individuals with job readiness, apprenticeships, certifications, and career pathways that lead to long-term employment and economic stability.
JR's Project
Justice. Restoration. Responsibility.
Designed for students ages 10 and up, JR’s Project supports youth who are:
- At risk of suspension or expulsion
- Subject to disciplinary action or referred for school discipline
- Facing exclusionary practices like in-school or out-of-school suspension
- Academically behind, struggling, or at risk of being retained or held back
- Experiencing school disengagement due to unmet academic or behavioral needs
JR’s Project offers:
- Court-alternative programming and restorative service placement
- Mentorship from credible messengers and community advocates
- Life skills training, tutoring, and structured after-school support
- Leadership and accountability development through creative expression, service, and storytelling
Our goal is to intervene before youth are pushed out reroute students toward purpose, not punishment. We partner with families, schools, courts, and community-based organizations to build belonging, break cycles, and invest in potential.

I AM Project
I Am More Than My Record. I Am My Potential.
The I.A.M. Project is a self-empowerment initiative for youth and adults impacted by incarceration and substance use. Through storytelling, creative writing, and arts and culture practices, I.A.M. helps participants reframe their identity, own their narrative, and redefine what’s possible.

This project centers voice, visibility, and validation for individuals often left out of mainstream reform efforts.
WRAP-IT
Wraparound Reentry Advocacy Program for Intervention & Transformation
WRAP-IT is a holistic reentry program built by and for the community. Designed to support justice-impacted individuals and families, WRAP-IT offers:
- Legal Navigation – Civil legal aid and court advocacy to prevent eviction, custody loss, or denial of public benefits.
- Peer Recovery Support – Trauma-informed healing circles and mentorship for substance use, emotional resilience, and wellness.
- Family Reunification – Assistance with supervised visitation, family court paperwork, and parenting plans.
- Workforce Development – Comprehensive career support for returning citizens, including skills training, workforce readiness (resume building and interview preparation), job placement assistance, and entrepreneurship training with guidance on business startup development and support.
WRAP-IT transforms isolation into integration, and barriers into bridges.
